It’s wild how much your address can mess with your rate. I totally get the frustration—Houston’s insurance game feels like a lottery sometimes. I actually tried one of those driving trackers for a while (the kind you plug in or use through an app). Wasn’t as creepy as I expected, and I did see my premium go down after a few months. Still, kinda weird knowing they’re watching every hard brake.
And yeah, Houston roads are brutal. I’ve driven all over Texas and nowhere eats tires and shocks like this city. Honestly, sometimes it feels like we should be getting discounts just for surviving the daily commute.
