I get where you’re coming from—when you’re driving something on the pricier side, a higher deductible can feel like a gamble. I tried it once and honestly, the anxiety over every little scratch wasn’t worth the savings for me. Peace of mind sometimes trumps the numbers, even if the math looks good on paper.
I keep going back and forth on this. The idea of saving money sounds great, but knowing my luck, the second I pick a higher deductible, someone will ding my door at the grocery store. Maybe I’m just paranoid, but I’d probably lose sleep over it...
