Honestly, I’ve only ever dealt with the big guys—never got a call after a claim, just emails and the usual paperwork. I get the appeal of local shops, but I always wonder if that “personal touch” is worth paying more every month. Maybe I’m just cynical, but I figure as long as they pay out when it matters, I’m good.
