I totally get your hesitation about trackers. I tried one a couple years back because the discount sounded great, but honestly, it stressed me out more than anything. Every time I had to brake a bit harder than usual—like when someone cut me off—I’d worry about how it’d affect my rates. Eventually, I just went back to shopping around and found a decent deal without the tracker. Defensive driving courses helped too...felt way less intrusive overall.

Trackers can definitely be a double-edged sword. They're great for some folks who drive super cautiously, but if you're already stressed about being labeled high-risk, it might just add to the anxiety. Have you looked into bundling policies or raising deductibles instead? Sometimes that helps ease rates without the extra stress...

Haha, I totally get the anxiety thing with trackers. My insurance offered me one of those devices once, and suddenly every yellow light felt like a life-or-death decision... talk about pressure. Bundling actually helped me out a bit—combined my renter's and auto policies, and it knocked off enough to make me feel slightly less robbed every month. Might be worth a shot if you haven't tried it yet. Hang in there, insurance shopping is the worst.

Yeah, bundling can help sometimes, but honestly, I've seen cases where separate policies from different companies ended up cheaper. Insurance is weird like that... always worth double-checking before committing.

Bundling worked out pretty well for me too, but I agree it's not always the best deal. When I first got my classic Mustang insured, I assumed bundling it with my daily driver would save me money. Turns out, specialty insurers who focus on classics offered way better coverage at a lower price. Regular companies just didn't seem to get the whole "limited mileage, garage-kept" thing and priced it like any other car. Insurance is definitely quirky—sometimes bundling saves you cash, other times splitting policies makes more sense. Always pays to shop around a bit before locking anything in...
