"Bundling home and auto still ended up cheaper for us...guess it depends on your situation."

Yeah, same here. I looked into specialty insurance for my old Civic, but the mileage caps were a dealbreaker—gotta get to work somehow, right? Bundling saved me enough for a few extra coffees each month, so no complaints there.

Totally get that mileage cap hassle—had a similar issue myself. I remember when I was planning this big cross-country road trip, and specialty insurance seemed perfect at first (cheap rates, coverage tailored to older cars)...but then I saw those mileage limits and knew I'd blow through them in no time. Bundling ended up easier on my wallet, too. Like you said, every little bit counts—especially if it means more cash for gas station snacks and roadside diners!

Yeah, bundling saved me a decent chunk too. I commute daily, so those mileage caps were a no-go from the start...plus, who wants to stress about counting miles when you're already stuck in traffic half the time?

Bundling definitely helps, especially if you're juggling multiple policies. Funny story—one of my clients was convinced bundling was just a gimmick until we ran the numbers together. Turned out he saved almost $300 annually by combining his home and auto. Another tip for Delaware drivers: keep an eye on defensive driving courses. They're easy to overlook, but completing one every few years can quietly shave off another 10-15% from your premiums...worth a lazy Saturday afternoon online, IMO.

Yeah, I was skeptical about those defensive driving courses at first—figured it was just another boring online thing to click through—but after a couple speeding tickets bumped me into the "high-risk" category, I gave it a shot. Surprisingly painless, and it actually knocked a decent chunk off my premium. Didn't magically fix everything, but hey...every bit helps when you're paying through the nose like me.
