I'm honestly getting pretty fed up with how slow my insurance company is handling things after the recent storms. I mean, I pay my premiums on time every month, but now that I actually need them, it's like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. Adjuster keeps rescheduling, paperwork is piling up, and meanwhile my roof is still leaking. Is this just my bad luck or are others dealing with the same runaround?
