finally got my insurance to cover hail damage repairs

Just wanted to share a bit of good news - after weeks of back-and-forth with my insurance company, they finally agreed to cover all the repairs from that nasty hail storm we had last month. Honestly, I wasn't sure they'd come through because the damage was pretty extensive... dents all over the roof and hood, windshield cracked, you name it. But turns out my policy was better than I remembered (guess I should actually read those papers once in a while, huh?).
Anyway, dropped off my car yesterday and they're already working on it. Feels like such a relief knowing I'm not stuck footing a huge bill. Curious if anyone else has had luck getting their insurance to step up after weather-related issues - hail or otherwise. Would love to hear some positive experiences for a change...
