- Totally get your hesitation about switching providers, especially with luxury cars involved.
- Haven't personally filed a big claim yet (thankfully), but I've noticed AAA's roadside assistance response times slipping lately too.
- Definitely smart to compare coverage details side-by-sideβ€”luxury repairs aren't something you wanna gamble on.
- Might be worth checking out some recent reviews or asking around...could help ease your mind before making any big decisions.

I've noticed the same thing lately, especially with roadside assistance. Had a flat tire last month and waited almost two hours...not ideal when you're stuck on the side of the road in a luxury car. If you're thinking about switching, I'd say make a quick checklist: compare deductibles, check how they handle OEM parts (super important for luxury vehicles), and definitely skim through recent customer reviews. Better to spend an extra hour researching now than regretting it later.

I've had mixed experiences with AAA myself, but honestly, two hours isn't unheard of these daysβ€”especially if you're stuck somewhere remote or during peak hours. Not defending them exactly, just saying delays happen with most roadside services. Also, OEM parts are great, but sometimes aftermarket can be just as good (and cheaper). I'd say keep an open mind and don't rule out smaller insurers either...sometimes they're hungrier for your business and might surprise you.

Two hours might be common, sure, but it's still pretty frustrating when you're stranded. And aftermarket parts can be hit or missβ€”seen plenty of claims where cheaper parts caused issues down the line. Smaller insurers can be good, but make sure you check their financial stability and claims handling reputation first...sometimes there's a reason they're "hungrier" for business. Just saying, cheaper isn't always better.

Yeah, I've seen that tooβ€”smaller insurers can be tempting, but have you ever dug into their actual claims reviews? Some of them seem okay until you hit a snag. AAA might've slipped in quality a bit, but at least they're predictable. I wonder if the frustration's more about expectations changing or if AAA really has gone downhill lately...hard to say without seeing more numbers or personal stories.
