Yeah, learned that one the hard way myself. Had a minor fender-bender last year and figured it'd be straightforward—nope. Ended up in a back-and-forth mess for weeks because the adjuster kept changing their story. Wish I'd documented everything from day one. Insurance companies always seem quick to take your money but slow to pay it back out... guess that's just how it goes.
