Glad your experience went smoothly, mine was a bit different. Had a windshield crack on a road trip last summer and the claim took longer than expected... wasn't terrible, just not as quick as I'd hoped. Still, overall they're decent enough.

Yeah, I had a similar experience with USAA when I had a minor fender-bender last year. The initial call was smooth, but the follow-up took a bit longer than anticipated—had to call back twice to get updates. Still, once things got moving, they handled everything professionally and clearly explained each step. Overall, they're reliable enough, just gotta be patient sometimes...
