Yeah, I had a similar experience with USAA when I had a minor fender-bender last year. The initial call was smooth, but the follow-up took a bit longer than anticipated - had to call back twice to get updates. Still, once things got moving, they handled everything professionally and clearly explained each step. Overall, they're reliable enough, just gotta be patient sometimes...
