Honestly, I’ve found that digital claims go through way faster—apps or online forms usually get you a response in days instead of weeks. Mailing stuff just feels like tossing your paperwork into a black hole. Plus, less postage means more cash for gas, right?

I get what you mean about digital being quicker, but I’ve actually had a couple of online claims get stuck in limbo. One time, the app glitched and I didn’t even know my claim hadn’t gone through until I called weeks later. At least with paper, I can track it with certified mail and have proof it got there. Maybe I’m just old-fashioned, but sometimes that physical copy gives me peace of mind.

Totally get that—paper feels more “real” sometimes. I’ve had digital forms just vanish into the void, too. But then again, waiting for snail mail drives me nuts. Guess it’s a trade-off between speed and peace of mind.

Honestly, I get twitchy waiting for paper forms to show up—or worse, get lost. But digital stuff disappearing? That’s happened to me too. Why can’t we just get a confirmation that actually means something? Anyone ever had BOTH go missing at once?

I get where you’re coming from, but honestly, I trust digital a bit more—at least there’s usually some kind of timestamp or audit trail. With paper, if it’s gone, it’s just... gone. That said, I’ve seen both vanish in weird ways. One time a client mailed forms and emailed scans, and somehow neither made it to the right department. Now I always recommend folks save screenshots or take photos of confirmations, just in case. It’s not perfect, but at least you’ve got something to point to if things go sideways.
