Which Roadside Help Would You Trust More: AAA or Your Insurance Company?

I’ve always wondered - has anyone ever had their insurance roadside actually tow them farther than AAA would? I’ve seen some policies cap the distance at like 5 miles, which barely gets you to the next exit. Also, does anyone else get nervous about using insurance roadside because you’re worried it’ll count as a claim? I swear, every time I call, I’m half-expecting my premium to jump just for needing a jumpstart...
