Had a flat tire last weekend, middle of nowhere, raining (of course 🙄), and figured I'd just call up my roadside assistance since that's what I pay for every month, right? Well, they said it'd be 45 mins tops. Cool, I can wait. But then 45 mins turned into an hour...then an hour and a half...and finally after almost two hours someone shows up. The guy was nice enough and got me sorted quick once he arrived, but stillβtwo hours??
This isn't the first time either. Last year my battery died in a parking lot and they showed up in like 20 minutes flat. Super impressed that time. So I'm kinda confusedβis this normal? Like, is roadside assistance always this inconsistent or am I just unlucky? Curious if anyone else has had similar experiences or if there's a service out there that's actually reliable most of the time.
