Been shopping around for car insurance lately, and I'm down to Geico and Progressive. Geico seems cheaper at first glance, but Progressive has some interesting perks like accident forgiveness and whatnot. Honestly, I'm kinda torn here...price vs. perks, you know? Has anyone had experience with either of these two in Jersey? Curious about claims handling especially, cuz that's when it really counts.

I've been in the same boat recently - ended up going with Geico cuz the monthly savings were just too tempting. Haven't had to file a claim yet (knock on wood...), but my cousin did last year and said Geico was pretty straightforward and quick about it. Progressive's perks sound nice, but honestly, if you're careful and don't expect to use accident forgiveness much, saving a few bucks each month might be the smarter move. Just my two cents though.
