My renewal's coming up and I'm kinda torn between Progressive and Geico. Progressive seems cheaper upfront, but I've heard Geico's customer service is better if you actually need to file a claim. Anyone got experience with either in NH?
I've dealt with both companies quite a bit in NH, and honestly, your hesitation makes sense. Progressive does tend to offer attractive upfront pricing, but I've seen mixed experiences when it comes to claims handling—sometimes smooth, sometimes not so much. Geico's customer service reputation is generally solid, but they're not perfect either... had a client recently who wasn't thrilled with their response time. You're doing the right thing weighing both sides carefully; price matters, but peace of mind counts for a lot too.
