Hypothetical situation here... say I'm driving around Vegas, minding my own business, and accidentally rear-end someone at a stoplight. Nothing major, just a little bump, but enough to scratch up their bumper pretty good. Now, I know Nevada has some specific rules about liability coverage, but honestly, I'm a bit fuzzy on the details. Like, um, would my basic liability insurance cover the other person's repairs completely, or could I end up paying out of pocket if the damage is more than my policy limits? And what if they claim some kind of injury later on, even though it seemed minor at the time? Just trying to wrap my head around how liability works in real-life scenarios, you know, before something actually happens. Anyone been through something similar or know how this usually plays out?
