Was chatting with a buddy yesterday who moved from Billings to Missoula, and he casually mentioned his car insurance dropped noticeably after the move. I always assumed rates were pretty similar across Montana cities, but apparently not. Wonder if it's about traffic, crime rates, or maybe weather conditions? Honestly never thought Missoula would be cheaper, you know, being a college town and all. Anyone else notice this or have an idea why?
