So yesterday I'm sitting at a red light downtown, minding my own business, when BAM—someone bumps right into me. Thankfully no one's hurt, but now I'm stuck dealing with insurance stuff. My current provider's customer service is... meh, at best. Thinking maybe it's time to switch things up. Anyone got a company they actually like dealing with around here? Or horror stories to share? I'm all ears...
