I’ve tried using my insurance declaration page before and it was a total coin toss. One time they took it without blinking, and another time the clerk squinted at it for a solid minute before telling me it “wasn’t specific enough.” Kind of wild, considering it literally had my name and address in bold. At this point, I just bring a whole folder with every possible document—feels like overkill, but way better than getting sent back to square one.
