Just saw a local news segment about a guy in Baltimore who had his basement flooded after a storm, and apparently he's been waiting months for his insurance to pay out. They kept asking him for more paperwork, photos, you name it...and he's still stuck waiting. Made me wonder if this is a common thing around here or just a one-off nightmare. Has anyone else had similar experiences dealing with insurance claims in MD?
