Just went through the whole process of fighting a denied injury claim. Basically, first thing I did was request a detailed explanation from the insurance company about why they said no. Then I gathered up all my medical records, doctor's notes, and anything else relevant. Next, I wrote a clear, polite (well, mostly polite lol) letter outlining why their decision was incorrect, attaching all my evidence. Sent it certified mail, waited a few weeks, and eventually got them to reconsider.
Anyone else have a different approach or tips that worked better?
Nice job handling it yourself—I went through something similar a couple years back. Instead of letters, I called directly and politely asked for a supervisor. Took some patience (and a lot of hold music...), but eventually got someone who actually listened and sorted things out.
