I was chatting with my cousin yesterday, and he mentioned something kinda interesting - apparently, depending on your policy and where you live, your regular car insurance can actually help pay for medical bills if you're hurt in an accident. I always thought health insurance handled that stuff, but turns out auto policies sometimes step in too. Seems like something worth checking out, you know? Wondering if anyone else has heard about this or had experience dealing with it...
