That’s actually what’s tripping me up right now—trying to figure out what “full coverage” even means for an older car. I keep seeing these policies that sound good, but then the fine print is a maze. Has anyone managed to get a straight answer from an agent about rust or saltwater damage? I’m not sure if I’m being too paranoid, but it feels like they dodge those questions every time.

Yeah, I totally get where you’re coming from. The “full coverage” label is super confusing, especially with older cars. I’ve asked about rust and saltwater too, and it always feels like they dance around it. Honestly, you’re not being paranoid—those details matter here. I ended up just pushing until I got a straight answer, but it took a few calls. Hang in there, it’s a headache but you’re not alone.
