Yeah, “market adjustment” is basically a catch-all. Here’s the blunt truth: rates go up for a bunch of reasons—claims in your area, inflation, company profits, you name it. Even if your record’s clean now, those old tickets can still haunt you for a while. It’s frustrating, but that’s how they crunch the numbers.
