It’s wild how something that’s supposed to help you just ends up making you more stressed.
That’s the part that gets me too. I switched insurers last year after a nightmare claim process—felt like I needed a translator for their paperwork. Have you tried any of the smaller local agencies? I found one in Wilmington that actually picks up the phone, and the agent explained everything in plain English. Not the cheapest, but honestly, the peace of mind is worth it for me.
