Had a minor fender bender last month, and dealing with the insurance adjuster was...um, let's just say not my favorite pastime. But I found out pretty quick that keeping detailed notes of every conversation (dates, times, names, what was said) made a huge difference. When they realized I had everything documented, suddenly things moved a lot smoother. Curious if anyone else has little tricks or hacks they've picked up along the way?
