Had a minor fender bender last week, nothing major, just some bumper damage. Filed a claim and the adjuster called me yesterday. Man, I felt like I was being interrogated by the FBI or something, lol. They asked stuff like exactly what time it happened (down to the minute), weather conditions, if I was distracted, even what shoes I was wearing (seriously??). Felt kinda weird and overly detailed for such a small accident.
I get they gotta do their job and all, but is this normal? Like, do adjusters always dig this deep into every little detail? Or did I just get someone who's extra thorough or having a bad day? Curious if anyone else had a similar experience or if mine was just...you know...special.
