So I lent my car to a buddy last weekend, nothing crazy, just needed it for a quick errand. Anyway, he ended up getting into a minor fender bender—not his fault, thankfully—but when I called my insurance, things got kinda complicated. They covered it eventually, but there was a lot of back-and-forth about who was driving and if it was okay. Has anyone else dealt with this kinda thing in CA? Seems like it shouldn't be this tricky...
