I've had AAA for years now, mostly because my parents always swore by them, you know, the whole family tradition thing. But lately, customer service has been kinda meh...long waits, confusing answers. Wondering if it's just me or others noticing this too?
Yeah, I've noticed that too lately... feels like the quality has slipped a bit. Maybe they're understaffed or something? Still, hoping it's just temporaryβAAA's always been pretty reliable for me in the past.
I've been wondering about this myself lately. Had a client recently who mentioned waiting significantly longer than usual for a claim to be processedβsomething that rarely happened before. Makes me curious if it's just a temporary staffing issue or maybe some internal restructuring going on behind the scenes. AAA has generally been solid in my experience, so hopefully it's just a short-term hiccup...

Could be something like that, but honestly, I've noticed a difference too. About two months ago, I had a minor fender benderβnothing major, just needed a bumper replaced. Normally AAA's pretty quick, but this time it felt like pulling teeth. Took nearly three weeks just to get someone assigned to my case. I'm hoping it's temporary, but it does make me wonder if they're cutting corners somewhere...

Had similar issues recently too:
- Called AAA for a flat tire last month, waited 45 mins just to speak with someone.
- The rep seemed rushed, gave vague timelines, and the tow truck took way longer than usual.
- Previously, they'd been pretty reliable, but lately feels like their standards slipped.
Could be staffing or internal changes like mentioned above, but definitely noticing a shift in quality.
