Had a minor fender bender last week (ugh, my luck...) and now I'm debating whether to handle the insurance claim myself online or just call up my agent and let them deal with it. I've heard doing it yourself can be quicker, but honestly, paperwork and me don't exactly get along, you know? On the other hand, calling the agent feels easier but might drag things out. Curious what route most of you prefer and why?
