I'm trying to decide between Geico and State Farm here in Virginia... Geico seems pretty affordable, but I've heard mixed reviews about their customer service when you actually need them. State Farm is a bit pricier, but my cousin swears by them after he had an accident last year—said they handled everything smoothly. I'm kinda leaning towards saving money (who isn't?), but I don't wanna regret it later, you know? Anybody have experience with either one?

I've had Geico for a few years now, and honestly, their customer service hasn't been as bad as some people make it out to be. Had a minor fender bender on a road trip last summer—nothing major, but they handled it pretty quickly without any headaches. Sure, State Farm might offer smoother service, but is it really worth paying extra every month for something you might rarely use? I'd rather pocket the savings for gas money...
