- Been there. Had my phone die halfway through a roadside claim—ended up scribbling on a napkin just to get the info down.
- Paper’s clunky, but at least it doesn’t crash or need charging.
- That said, ever try to fill out a form in the wind? Not fun. Digital’s got its perks if you’ve got juice and signal... but that’s a big “if” on the road.
