Good points about claims handling—definitely something to consider. I've had mixed experiences with State Farm's digital tools; they're convenient until you hit a snag, then you're stuck navigating automated menus. Farm Bureau might be worth it for the personal touch alone...depends how much you value face-to-face support.

Good point—especially if you're like me and tend to worry about worst-case scenarios. Digital tools are great until you're stranded roadside at midnight with spotty reception. Sometimes having a real person pick up the phone makes all the difference.

Totally relate to this. When I first started driving, I thought apps and online chats would cover everything...until my battery died in a parking lot at night.

Apps and online chats aren't always the issue, though. I've had premium roadside assistance through my dealer for years, and honestly, their app has gotten me help quicker than any phone call ever did. Last month, I had a flat tire on the freeway—two taps on the app, and someone was there in 15 minutes. Sometimes it's less about human interaction and more about the efficiency of the service you're paying for...

That's a pretty solid experience, but I'm still a bit skeptical about relying solely on apps. I've heard stories where the app glitches or loses signal right when you need it most... Has anyone here had issues with either State Farm's or Farm Bureau's roadside assistance apps during an actual emergency? Curious how reliable they are under pressure, since that's when it really counts.
