Yeah, I’ve noticed that too—one day the deductible’s this, next day there’s some new exclusion buried in the fine print. I did have one claim with a “premium” plan go through without too much drama, but honestly, it felt more like luck than anything else. Keeping photos of everything is a lifesaver, though. It’s wild how much proof you need just to get what you paid for.

Seriously, it’s like they want a full documentary before they’ll even look at your claim. I’ve had adjusters nitpick over the tiniest scratch, even with all my records and photos. Makes me wonder if “premium” just means “premium paperwork.”
