Just saw this news piece about how rideshare drivers are getting slammed with higher insurance premiums lately. Apparently, some companies are offering discounts if you install tracking apps or dashcams. I'm kinda skeptical about letting them track my every move, but if it saves a decent chunk of cash, maybe it's worth it? Curious if anyone here's tried these methods or found other ways to keep their insurance from eating up all their earnings...
