Saw a news story yesterday about a guy whose car got pretty banged up in a hailstorm. Insurance company came back with a repair estimate that was way lower than what the body shop quoted him. He ended up having to haggle back and forth for weeks just to get a fair deal. Made me wonder how common this is... has anyone here had to push back on their insurance company's repair estimates? Curious how it turned out for you.
