Was chatting with my cousin yesterday (he's an insurance agent, poor guy lol) and he mentioned Nebraska quietly updated some of their insurance regulations recently. Apparently, one interesting bit is they're tightening up on how quickly claims need to be processed—like insurers gotta move faster now or face penalties. Thought that was kinda neat, didn't realize states could push companies like that. Wondering if anyone else heard about this or knows more details...
