Was chatting with my neighbor yesterday, and he told me this wild story about how his basement flooded last spring (typical MN weather, right?), and his insurance company was actually super helpful and quick to respond. Got me thinking...what if someone had a totally opposite experience? Like imagine you're stuck in a cabin up north during a blizzard, tree falls on your car, and your insurance company puts you on hold forever...anyone got some good or bad stories to share?
