Just had to share this—after months of pulling my hair out over messy paperwork and rejected claims, I finally figured out a system that works for me. Basically, I made myself a simple checklist and started scanning everything into folders right away (sounds obvious, I know, but um... procrastination is real). Now I'm actually getting reimbursed without the usual back-and-forth headache. Curious if anyone else found their own little tricks or shortcuts to make this stuff less painful?
