Dealing with car insurance headaches in MA - any tips?
Honestly, the credit card claim process is a nightmare. Tried it once after a minor fender bender with my previous car - ended up buried in paperwork and endless back-and-forth between the bank and rental company. In the end, I just paid out of pocket to save myself the headache. Why do they even push all those “extras” if half of them barely work when you need them? Feels like you need a law degree just to figure out what’s actually covered.
