Just saw a quick news segment about how some insurance companies are offering discounts if you take one of those defensive driving classes. Seems kinda interesting, but I'm wondering if it's actually worth the time and money...anyone tried it and saved anything noticeable?

I took one of those classes last year after a speeding ticket bumped my rates. Honestly, the discount wasn't huge, but it did offset the cost of the class within a few months. Worth considering if your premiums are already high like mine...
