Been looking at State Farm and Allstate for insurance here in Louisiana... prices seem pretty similar, but anyone have experience with claims or customer service? Kinda torn, honestly. Curious what y'all think.

I've had State Farm for a few years now, and they've been solid with customer service—quick to answer questions and pretty straightforward about coverage details. Haven't had to file a claim yet though, so can't speak to that side of things. Curious if anyone here has dealt with hurricane-related claims specifically? That might be a big factor in Louisiana...
