Honestly, if my rates shot up and I hadn’t done anything wrong, I’d be out. Why pay more for the same thing? I’ve heard mixed stuff about GEICO and State Farm around here—some people swear by them, others say they’re a nightmare when you actually need help. Anyone else feel like the “big names” just kinda do what they want? I’d probably try one of the smaller local companies before trusting the big ones again.
