Honestly, I can’t count how many times I’ve seen people get tripped up by missing docs, especially during claims. Having backups in different spots is just smart—one spill or a lost valet ticket and you’re scrambling. I’m with you on the hard plastic sleeve; paper gets trashed way too easily. Digital copies are great for your own peace of mind, but yeah, not every officer cares about your phone screen. Redundancy might feel like overkill until it saves your day.

Honestly, I’ve seen folks lose out on claims just because they couldn’t produce the right doc at the right time. I get that digital is convenient, but if your phone’s dead or you’re in a no-signal zone, it’s useless. Hard copies in a sleeve—old school, but it works. I’d rather be over-prepared than explaining to someone why their claim’s delayed over a soggy receipt.
