Seriously, dealing with insurance companies is like banging your head against a brick wall. I just got another denial letter for a procedure my doctor said was totally necessary. I mean, what's the point of paying premiums every month if they're just gonna say "nah, we don't think you need that"? I'm about ready to pull my hair out. Has anyone else had to fight this battle and actually won? Or am I just stuck in insurance purgatory forever...
