Navigating the whole insurance inspection thing without losing your mind
I get the lawn thing, but honestly, I doubt insurers care that much about my patchy grass and half-dead shrubs. Last year, when I had my inspection, I spent hours cleaning out the garage - thinking they'd actually look inside. Nope. The guy barely glanced at the house, snapped a few pics from the curb, and left in under five minutes. Felt kinda silly afterward...but hey, at least my garage was clean for once.
