Honestly, from what I've seen, the new rules are a mixed bag. Some storage lots did clean up their act—better drainage, clearer guidelines—but others just slapped on extra fees without improving anything. Guess it depends on who's running the place...

That's pretty much how I've seen it play out too. Makes me wonder—are these new rules actually being enforced consistently across the board? I've noticed some places seem to slip under the radar, while others get scrutinized heavily. Maybe it comes down to location or even complaints from neighbors...but shouldn't there be more transparency about how they're applying these standards? Seems a bit random to me.

Transparency would help, but honestly, enforcement consistency is tough. I've seen neighborhoods where complaints drive the scrutiny, not just random checks. Might explain why some places seem overlooked while others get targeted heavily.

Yeah, transparency sounds good on paper, but realistically enforcement's always gonna be messy. I've had a neighbor with a rusted-out Mustang sitting untouched for years—no issues. Meanwhile, my buddy two streets over got ticketed for his project car after just a month parked outside. Makes me wonder if the city even has enough resources to enforce these rules fairly, or if it's always gonna come down to random complaints and luck of the draw...

Had a similar thing happen to me—my old VW sat untouched for months, no issues, but my cousin got a warning after just two weeks with his Camaro. Makes me wonder, is enforcement mostly complaint-driven or just totally random? Seems inconsistent either way...
