Stuck on the Side of the Road in WI - Who Do You Call?

Had a flat tire last weekend near Madison, and I ended up using this roadside service my insurance recommended. Honestly, wasn't too impressed. Took forever to get someone out there, and the guy seemed kinda annoyed to even be helping me, you know? Wondering if I just had bad luck or if other folks around here have had similar experiences with roadside services in Wisconsin. Curious if there's a better option out there...
