Had a minor fender bender yesterday (ugh, Vermont winters, amirite?) and now gotta deal with insurance stuff. I'm debating whether to just file the claim online or call up my agent directly. Online seems quick and easy, but maybe talking to an actual human would help smooth things out? Curious what you guys usually do and why...

I've done both, but honestly, for anything beyond a super minor scratch, I prefer talking to my agent directly. Online forms are quick, sure, but I've found that chatting with an actual person helps clarify details and makes sure nothing gets overlooked - especially when winter weather's involved. Plus, sometimes the agent has good tips or reminders about coverage I wouldn't have thought of myself. Just my two cents...
